Founded in the late 60's, our office has emerged through the association between Elias Marcos Guerra and Clovis Sales Pereira. With this association - GUERRA ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS was born.

Acting in Commercial Law area, in the middle 70's, we started working with Industrial Property, extending our services to the world.

The IP area was growing up so much that in the year of 2007 we started a new journey.The criation of GUERRA PROPRIEDADE INDUSTRIAL, our specialized IP office.

With an entrepreneurial vision and a growing demand in other law areas, we extended our services in 2010, with the foundation of GUERRA & PIVA ADVOGADOS. Our brand new office, borned to be reference in corporate market advisors, with emphasis on ownership structure, mergers and acquisitions.

In 2011, continuing with our success trajectory, we inaugurated one new office at Rio de Janeiro, supporting the local customers and driving new business.

In our 6 floors head office with large rooms designed for work and meetings, we have full capacity to assist our clients in a qualified and fast way.

We also are situated in the heart of the Wonderful City. Our Rio de Janeiro office counts with 2 wide floors and an structure that growns up every moment.

Our professionals qualification is one of our main objectives of our human resources management. The career improvement through training courses, new specializations and master's degrees is a consolidated culture in our office.Lawyers, engineers, technicals, paralegals and specialists in several areas compose our qualified staff.

To celebrate our 40th years of history, we worked hard to make the year of 2009 an unforgettable year.

Several actions have been created, a new logo was designed specially to celebrate the date, but the most important events were the cocktails.
